Every novel is an exploration of two things: the story it will tell and the process used for its creation. Though I believe every writer must find his own way to discover both, there’s nothing to prevent him from getting a little help along the way. One of the best tools I discovered to advance my work was Larry Brooks’s Story Engineering. I used the principles I learned in it to develop one of my own. Here’s the link to my Novel Writing Blueprint. I use it daily as the map that guides my work in progress. Thanks for letting me know if it helps you find your way too.
